O Blessed Moment
I am living for the moment
When my Saviour's face I see
Oh, the thrill of that first meeting,
When His glory shines on me!
When His voice like sweetest music
Falls upon my waiting ear,
And my name, amid the millions,
From His precious lips I hear.
I am living for the moment
When His welcome smile I see
In that House of Many Mansions
He's preparing now for me.
Days of toil and nights of sorrow
From my memory will fade
As I enter that Fair City
Where the streets with gold are laid.
I am living for the moment
When before His feet I fall,
And with all the host of Heaven
Own Him Lord and King of all,
Evermore to sing the praises
Of the Lamb of Calvary,
And to worship and adore Him
Throughout all eternity.
