SOME PRAISE VERSES (NIV):

ME (First person)
The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him.

All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, O Lord; they will bring glory to your name.

The heavens praise your wonders, O LORD, your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones.

It is good to praise the LORD and make music to your name, O Most High.

Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!

You are awesome, O God, in your sanctuary; the God of Israel gives power and strength to his people. Praise be to God!

Praise be to the LORD, who rescued me.

I will proclaim the name of the LORD. Oh, praise the greatness of my God!

I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies.

The LORD lives!  Praise be to my Rock!  Exalted be God, the Rock, my Savior!

Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen.  Praise the LORD.

May all the kings of the earth praise you, O LORD, when they hear the words of your mouth.

Praise be to you, O LORD, God of our father Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.

Now, our God, I give you thanks, and praise your glorious name.

I praise you for the splendor of your holiness.  I give thanks to the LORD, for his love endures forever.

I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

I will praise you, O LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonders.  I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.

I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.

I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies.

The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God my Savior!

Be exalted, O LORD, in your strength; I will sing and praise your might.

Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the praise of Israel.

I will declare your name to my brothers; in the congregation I will praise you.

My feet stand on level ground; in the great assembly I will praise the LORD.

Praise be to the LORD, for he has heard my cry for mercy.

Praise be to the LORD, for he showed his wonderful love to me.

I will extol the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.

I will give you thanks in the great assembly; among throngs of people I will praise you.

He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.

Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.

Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.

In God I make my boast all day long, and I will praise your name forever.

For God is the King of all the earth; I sing to him a psalm of praise.

Like your name, O God, your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness.

O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise.

I will praise you forever for what you have done; in your name I will hope, for your name is good. I will praise you in the presence of your saints.

I will sacrifice a freewill offering to you; I will praise your name, O LORD, for it is good.

When I am afraid, I will trust in you.  In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me?

Record my lament; list my tears on your scroll -- are they not in your record?  Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help. By this I will know that God is for me.  In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise--in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?  I am under vows to you, O God; I will present my thank offerings to you.  For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.

O my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, O God, are my fortress, my loving God.

I ever sing praise to your name and fulfill my vows day after day.

I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.

My soul will be satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you.

I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.

I will praise God's name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.

From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother's womb. I will ever praise you.

My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.

But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.

My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you-- I, whom you have redeemed.

As for me, I will declare this forever; I will sing praise to the God of Jacob.

I will praise you, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever.

Praise be to the LORD forever! Amen and Amen.

I will sing of your love and justice; to you, O LORD, I will sing praise.

Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.  Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the LORD or fully declare his praise?  Blessed are they who maintain justice, who constantly do what is right.  Remember me, O LORD, when you show favor to your people, come to my aid when you save them, that I may enjoy the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may share in the joy of your nation and join your inheritance in giving praise.

Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.  Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

Praise the LORD, O my soul.

Praise the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty.

I will sing to the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.

But may sinners vanish from the earth and the wicked are no more. Praise the LORD, O my soul. Praise the LORD.

O God, whom I praise, do not remain silent.

With my mouth I will greatly extol the LORD; in the great throng I will praise him.

Praise the LORD. I will extol the LORD with all my heart in the council of the upright and in the assembly.

I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.

Praise be to you, O LORD; teach me your decrees.

Accept, O LORD, the willing praise of my mouth, and teach me your laws.

Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous laws.

May my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees.

Let me live that I may praise you, and may your laws sustain me.

I will praise you, O LORD, with all my heart; before the "gods" I will sing your praise.

I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Set me free from my prison, that I may praise your name. Then the righteous will gather about me because of your goodness to me.

Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.

I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever.

Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever.

Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.

All you have made will praise you, O LORD; your saints will extol you.

My mouth will speak in praise of the LORD. Let every creature praise his holy name for ever and ever.

Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.

The LORD reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Praise the LORD.

O LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done marvelous things, things planned long ago.

Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.

I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure.

I will praise you among the Gentiles; I will sing hymns to your name.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts me in all my troubles, so that I can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort I myself have received from God.

US
You alone are the LORD. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.

Great is my LORD, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain.

Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts.

Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them.

Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts.

For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods.

Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name. Bring an offering and come before him; worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness.

Save us, O God our Savior; gather us and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name, that we may glory in your praise.

Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness.

Sing to the LORD, you saints of his; praise his holy name.

Let the righteous rejoice in the LORD and take refuge in him; let all the upright in heart praise him!

Praise awaits you, O God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled.

Sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious!

All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing praise to your name.

Praise our God, O peoples, let the sound of his praise be heard;

May the peoples praise you, O God; may all the peoples praise you.

Sing to God, sing praise to his name, extol him who rides on the clouds -- his name is the LORD-- and rejoice before him.

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.

Sing to God, O kingdoms of the earth, sing praise to the Lord.

Praise be to the LORD God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.

Praise be to his glorious name forever; may the whole earth be filled with his glory. Amen and Amen.

Do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace; may the poor and needy praise your name.

Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture, will praise you forever; from generation to generation we will recount your praise.

Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

Sing to the LORD, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day.

For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods.

Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.

Rejoice in the LORD, you who are righteous, and praise his holy name.

Let them praise your great and awesome name--he is holy.

Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his footstool; he is holy.

Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his holy mountain, for the LORD our God is holy.

Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the LORD:
The LORD looked down from his sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth, to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death.  So the name of the LORD will be declared in Zion and his praise in Jerusalem when the peoples and the kingdoms assemble to worship the LORD.

Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.

Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.

Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion.

He brought out his people with rejoicing, his chosen ones with shouts of joy.  He gave them the lands of the nations, and they fell heir to what others had toiled for--that they might keep his precepts and observe his laws. Praise the LORD.

Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.

Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Let all the people say, Amen!  Praise the LORD.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.

Praise the LORD. Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who finds great delight in his commands.

Praise the LORD. Praise, O servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD.

It is we who extol the LORD, both now and forevermore. Praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD in the courts of the house of the LORD-- in your midst, O Jerusalem.

Praise the LORD, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples.  For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever. Praise the LORD.

Let us go to his dwelling place; let us worship at his footstool.

Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD. Praise the name of the LORD; praise him, you servants of the LORD, you who minister in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God.  Praise the LORD, all you servants of the LORD who minister by night in the house of the LORD.
Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good; sing praise to his name, for that is pleasant.

O house of Israel, praise the LORD; O house of Aaron, praise the LORD; O house of Levi, praise the LORD; you who fear him, praise the LORD.  Praise be to the LORD from Zion, to him who dwells in Jerusalem. Praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD. How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise him!

Extol the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion.

Sing to the LORD! Give praise to the LORD! He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked.

Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his.

Praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just. And those who walk in pride he is able to humble.

Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come and has redeemed his people.

Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles, and sing praises to him, all you peoples.

WHOLE SECTIONS
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.  Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.  Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his ; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.  Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.  For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens, praise him in the heights above.
Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all his heavenly hosts.
Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars.
Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.  Let them praise the name of the LORD, for he commanded and they were created.  He set them in place for ever and ever; he gave a decree that will never pass away.
Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths, lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do his bidding, you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds, kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth, young men and maidens, old men and children.
Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his splendor is above the earth and the heavens.  He has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his saints, of Israel, the people close to his heart.
Praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD. Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints.  Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King.  Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with tambourine and harp.  For the LORD takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with salvation.  Let the saints rejoice in this honor and sing for joy on their beds.  May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands, to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, to bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron, to carry out the sentence written against them. This is the glory of all his saints. Praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.
Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute,
praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.  For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will--to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.  In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.  And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment--to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.  In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.  And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession--to the praise of his glory.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade--kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.  In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.  These have come so that your faith--of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire--may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.  Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

THE END (Revelation)
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.  You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being. You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.  You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.  Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!  To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!  Amen.  Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.  Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!   The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.   We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign.  Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.  They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.  Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them!  Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.  Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the ages.  Who will not fear you, O Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.  Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments.  Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both small and great!  Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns.  Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.  Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.  He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.  He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.  The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen
